Functionality to determine similarity betwen records.

Functions

`container_is_abbreviated`	Check whether the container title is abbreviated
`get_record_change_score`	Determine how much records changed
`get_record_similarity`	Determine the similarity between two records (their masterdata)
`matches`	Determine whether two records match (correspond to the same entity).
